Khuôn lõi dài L

Khuôn lõi dài thiết kế dành cho tăng tốc độ và tăng hiệu suất hệ thống. Loại khuôn này phù hợp cho mục đích muốn cải thiện độ bôi trơn trên dây.

Ưu điểm khuôn hợp kim lõi dài:
• Giảm rung.
• Tản nhiệt tốt hơn.
• Bám bột tốt hơn. Lõi côn dài hơn tạo ra một lớp phim chất bôi trơn tối ưu giữa bề mặt nghiêng của khuôn và dây.
• Khuôn hợp kim lõi dài cho phép góc côn thấp hơn, điều đó có nghĩa ít lực nén lên dây kéo và hệ số ma sát thấp hơn.
• Điều này đảm bảo có thể tăng tốc độ kéo và giảm hao mòn các dụng cụ.

Loại khuôn này được khuyến nghị cho:
• Dây các bon cao.
• Dây đã được xử lý tẩy hóa chất và phốt phát hóa.
• Dây mạ kẽm.

DIE TYPE L (a core long)

Advantages:

• Vibrations Reductions
• Greater heat dissipation.
• Greater capacity of lubrication. Because the longer conical shape create an optimal lubricant film between the inclined surface of the die and the wire.
• Lower angle of the die conical shape, mean less stress of the drawn steel and lower friction coefficient.
• This ensures greater drawing speed and lower wearing of the tool.

This die is recommended for operations with:

• Wires with high carbon content
• Wires with chemical pickling and phosphating
• Galvanized wires
